This 1/4 inch thick high wear steel plate is a weld in part and will truly protect your engine and transmission as well as stiffen the chassis. Easy and quick install. This will increase the strength and rigidity dramatically over stock. As a bonus the rear cut outs give easy access to your radius arm frame nuts. This part is 100% American made for the extreme crowd looking for ultimate strength. We run this on our in house turbo in Pro UTV races and SRRS races. - Put the machine in park.
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Remove the stock plastic bottom guard
- Grind the four factory stitch welds off to remove the flimsy stock plate.
- Using a flap disc sand the paint off.
- Secure our Juggernaut series slam plate via jack or clamps.
- Once aligned weld the new slam plate in.
