We are proud to offer the finest and strongest aftermarket steering kit for your 1000XP/Turbo, our Juggernaut steering upgrade. First we give you a chrome-moly steering clevis. Not only is this crazy strong but we use a 3/8 button head bolt (stronger than grade 8 bolts) that is threaded through the chrome-moly high strength Rod end. This set up allows easy install of your stock boots but is dramatically stronger than competitors. The steering rod itself is made from 3/8 wall thick DOM tubing, the largest wall and thus strongest on the market. Coupling this to the knuckle is a Stainless Steel king pin, it is a direct fit off a stock unit, no more wobble like the competitors units. These are hands down the strongest assemblies on the market, as well as the easiest install that allows easy install of stock steering boots.
